By building global relationships, developing and leading distribution organizations with a motivational and yet metrics driven style, Mark Rogers has built an enviable reputation in the ﬁnancial services world over the last 40 years.

Mark has managed and built sales organizations globally.

He enjoys working with sales leaders to help them best analyze their distribution and sales strategies and the implementation of those strategies. He is especially interested in building sustainable organizations by aligning the interests of all stakeholders. This includes working with sales forces to align those interests and maximize results. His experience in the distribution of both investment and insurance products globally gives him a unique perspective. He has worked successfully with both manufacturers and distributors.

One of the ways Mark has helped organizations and individuals is as an IPEC certiﬁed coach. Whether it is transition issues, aligning ﬁrm and personal agenda’s or straight sales coaching, this can often serve as effective “ bookends” to a project and increase the opportunities for long term success.

Mark is also a sought after speaker. He has presented at many industry conferences, client seminars and sales meetings.

Brad Stinson

Brad brings public and private sector business leadership experience to Catalyst 7 Group. He has lead government initiatives, managed national accounts for publicly traded corporations and been successful in sales development throughout each opportunity.

His Military experience provided him multiple decorations over his 15+ years of service. His experience in logistics management, leadership development and sales industries is a valuable asset to C7G. Brad’s distinct leadership development abilities have made him extremely successful and highly regarded amongst his peers. He is passionate and dedicated to helping others achieve their full potential and consistently demonstrates excellence. He focusses the majority of his time on building and developing strong relationships in his field.

Brad holds a Bachelors degree in Business Leadership and is a 2019 candidate for his MBA from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.

Craig Wright

Craig S. Wright is the founder of Wright Financial Choice, a financial consulting firm in the Dayton, Ohio area which thrives by building client relationships while providing educational and strategically designed approaches to financial goal attainment Prior to founding his firm, he served as the Vice President of Marketing for a major financial planning firm where his duties included personnel and market development as well as development of the firm’s offerings in the corporate venue. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Vice President of Sales for an east coast manufacturing company. No stranger to the public stage, he has conducted numerous workshops and training sessions throughout the United States both in his previous and current roles. He is most highly regarded for his ability to take complex topics and make them applicable, actionable and enjoyable. His popularity as a speaker has earned him invitations at various Corporate, Organizational and Community events As a contributor with Catalyst 7 Group, he works primarily with the Executive Relationship Building program, helping individuals around the world expand their relationship building skills and thus, their value to their clients.
